Barclays, Not All That!
I wasn't impressed going into the event at all, as I thought I would be walking into a Palace, the new MSG of NYC! Customer service is lacking in this place. Finally, the 4th person gave me the answer I was looking for after needing to ask 4 employees where the phone charging stations were. I was surprised by the old technology when I found the charging stations; having to stand and wait for your phone to be charged rather than having secure charging stations that lock. This way, you can go back and enjoy your show.
